I agree with Dr. Weil that with spring upon us, it is important to get outdoors and enjoy yourself, get some exercise for your health and well being. I encourage you to take advantage of the warmer weather by being more active outdoors. Even a simple stroll through a city park can do wonders for your mental outlook.
